Save banking information
Please. Have it where we can change original information when I originally signed up. I signed with bank card and want to change to check information instead. It was requested from the Lawn Team. I have entered check info 4 to 5 times now and you have not saved it yet. Please do so.

Have the product/products purchase clearly referenced on Both stmt & Invoice
Have the product/products purchase clearly referenced on Both stmt & Invoice making business expenses accounting or reimbursement easier. Although your statement did show the product description, it was very small, microprint almost, and in light grey. I think a lot of customers would like items listed in normal size black print

Please break down costs on the invoice.
The amount charged differs from what my trainer quoted. I'd appreciate a breakdown of the cost (what is for the ad, what (if any) is extra for placement, etc.)

i didn't realize there was the option for debit or credit since i put in credit card info and hit pay and didn't realized it was set on debit card , its a credit card

I filled out the debit section, credit card number and all. After it went through is when I realized there was a tab for credit and I had filled out the debit tab.

Invoice from Every Green Care Inc. was in my junk mail folder and that is why I did not pay sooner!

Client last names!!
Include client name and pet name on the invoice -- helps me track it back to the correct client / shipment.

Refine receipts to match invoices
Format the receipt for payment the same way as the invoice, so that the vendor's business name appears on the same page as its address, email, phone number etc. Currently all that is at the top of a 2nd page, with a lot of empty white space before and after.
