If you pick "business account" don't have first-and-last-name fields
There's a field to select whether it's a business or personal account. If a person selects "business account" then why isn't there a "business name" field? It's weird to take the business name and enter half in the "first name" field and the other half in the "last name" field.

Allow me to find (and pay) an invice even if I don't have the EMail with a link to the invoice
The merchant sends me an EMail with a link to an invoice. I may not have that EMail (perhaps I inadvertantly deleted it, or it is in a mailbox on another computer, or it was lost in a computer crash, etc.). There should be some way that I can enter my EMail address and locate any invoices that were sent to me, so that I can examine and/or pay them.

Quickbooks Online app for Mac not saving passwords
When logging into the Quickbooks Online app for Mac it does not save my password, after I log in I have to accept cookies every time and it does not save my date ranges for reports on the dashboard, this is only singe the last release - 4.0.5-214 - please can you fix ASAP

see total due and paid from companies that are paid each month
should be able to look up companies which we pay each month to track monthly expenses, whats been paid and capture end of the year data.

You corrected my info at office just debit as needed.
When Company has your info for payment , why not just take your payment . It was automatically taken now I receive invoice. Wasted time. Not efficient.

Need to see exactly what was paid for, not just a price.
Need customer to receive a detailed invoice that shows it has been paid so that they can get reimbursed from warranty company

Have a “save to photos” button on the receipt page. Just convenience instead of “screenshot”

Verification
Every time I log in to pay an invoice you call to give me a code to verify it is me. everyday... I can't make a payment when I am working remote because my office phone is the one linked to the account. why do I have to enter a code every time when I have a log in, user name and password?

If you could use Venmo it would be great. I couldn’t create an account and that was frustrating . Don’t want to enter my card every time .

Every single time I have tried to pay for six months, this method will not receive the payment, so I have to fill out a new card information
Every single time I have tried to pay for six months, this method will not receive the payment, so I have to fill out a new card information, then it says "we were not able to save your information." So that means next time I will not be able to use the "saved" method, and I will have to fill it all out again.

Please make the estimates just the same as the invoices so that we can see the status if the they have been accepted, viewed, or rejected.

It is a pain in the butt having to cal the customer to see if they have accepted. It feels like your calling from a debt collector trying to get them to pay and it makes you lose your customer/clients! just my opinion.

I can never find your phone number, so it’s hard for me to keep track of how much I owe! Please list your phone number somewhere because I can Never find it even just searching the internet.
