I would like a memo area to indicate what the payment was for
A memo line is needed to state what the payment represents on the payors end.

Easier data entry
- On the fields requiring only numbers, IOS/mobile users should have keyboard pop up in numbers mode.
- Entering card users name-should automatically use Proper case, or all caps.
- When printing a receipt, user should be given options like to save as PDF, or text/email receipt for those unable to connect to a printer. Thanks

see total due and paid from companies that are paid each month
should be able to look up companies which we pay each month to track monthly expenses, whats been paid and capture end of the year data.

for printed receipts, please allow the app to print in the same format we see on screen
I wish i could attach a file but QB online had a nice looking "paid" receipt i coudl view.... but when i go to print it, the format changes and doesn't look as official reducing my confidence in that it can be referenced as a true "receipt" for paid services... please consider allowing what appears on the screen to be the same as what would be printed

get on FigLeaf's white list
FigLeaf is a new security app currently in Beta. I anonymizes and blocks trackers on various sites. It is a nuisance when I can't log into my account because FigLeaf has blocked the login and I can't figure out how to bypass it.

why ask for feedback if you do nothing about it?
I see all these responses, but nothing indicating what's being done about it. there are so many posts about saving the CVC #, but it still hasn't changed.

You corrected my info at office just debit as needed.
When Company has your info for payment , why not just take your payment . It was automatically taken now I receive invoice. Wasted time. Not efficient.

Adding a "comment" section.
my services are 45$/weekly but I'd paid $50 in cash the previous week (2/25-3/1) which gave me a $5 credit for this week. Additionally, I am paying 3 weeks in advance...resulting in a monthly payment of $175. Adding details in a comment section will clarify why payment may be more or lesser than the invoice amount.

don't ask me if i want to save my payment info via acct creation following which all the data i just entered has to be re-keyed. Be smarter than that

Progressive Invoicing VS view remaining amount (SE Asia)
Since we have ability to make progressive invoicing from an estimate, the invoice list (Sales module) doesn't display the remaining amount but only the full amount of the estimate.
Would be great to have a column Total Due next to Total (and so the totals at the bottom would be updated too).
Or at least create a new estimate status: "Partly Charged" as it still displays "Accepted" as if it has not been charged at all.5 votes -
Need to see exactly what was paid for, not just a price.
Need customer to receive a detailed invoice that shows it has been paid so that they can get reimbursed from warranty company

Ability to have standard or recurring line items on Estimates
Include recurring or standard line items on all newly created Estimates (recurring template doesn't meet need)
I currently use Projects to group together all related estimates, invoices, purchase orders, etc. for a customer's job (my client is an interior designer). Because of this it's important for us to be able to "Add to Project --> Estimate" and that THIS estimate be the one with this recurring line item. Recurring Estimates can't be chosen from here, and my client gets confused.
Having this recurring line item is a great way to make sure standard charges don't get missed.
