Legal Name!!!
You won't allow me to enter my LEGAL NAME - Jo-Ann Belanger. Why?? My first name has a dash / hyphen in it and my last name you have 1,000% WRONG. Belanger and Boulanger are NOT interchangeable!

Please provide an invoice that is "itemized". Labor (hours), Materials (each), and checkboxes of delivered/undelivered items paid.
Itemization: A list of items/actions is provided in the bid, but no indication of delivery or completion on the invoice. Am I pre-paying for anything?

Please output the resulting "download pdf receipt" with an appropriate file name, like "GM-WA07-3-2019" for instance ( a bill I just paid from the vendor Western Avenue on July 3rd, 2019). That way I don't have to rename it..

It's astonishing that Intuit does not do this already. It shows little regard for the security of your user's data.

I always prefer to get an itemized invoice so I know what I'm paying for, not just one lump sum and assume it's correct.
send me an itemized invoice, not one total amt for all work done and I have not a clue what I just paid for.

On mobile device (iPad), can’t check the box to save payment info
There’s an option to check a box to save the account info so it will display next time. But the box is broken on my iPad...can’t tick it.

I simply want to see a list of the past invoices when I log in. Why does the system not do this. It is totally bizarre. I see that others have previously suggested this. Certainly multiple clients would benefit. I would love to be able to sort the previously paid invoices by payee as well.

Make importing data function from excel CSV file be available for invoices and bills.
This is already available in the UK plan and they pay far less than US customers. Make no sense why this feature is not available to the millions of QBO users in the US.

Ability to have standard or recurring line items on Estimates
Include recurring or standard line items on all newly created Estimates (recurring template doesn't meet need)
I currently use Projects to group together all related estimates, invoices, purchase orders, etc. for a customer's job (my client is an interior designer). Because of this it's important for us to be able to "Add to Project --> Estimate" and that THIS estimate be the one with this recurring line item. Recurring Estimates can't be chosen from here, and my client gets confused.
Having this recurring line item is a great way to make sure standard charges don't get missed.

Please include the dates that my lawn was cut. FOn my invoice. I was told that the crew would be out here today to service my lawn. They did not cut my grass today as I receive a text telling me they would be here today.. I would like a break down on my bill. As I pay as soon as I receive my bill and the service was not today. I am paying in advance for work that is not even being performed. I cut the grass 4 days ago to make their job easier. Maybe they felt it…
