Include in invoice exactly what payment covers, rent, other specifics, date from and to
Does invoice include more that rent? Need from and to date invoice covers. This resident initially checked in July 12, 2019. Initially paid $350 and then $200; need details. Invoice 7/25/2019 states due 7/25/2019. Confirmation, receipt should state exactly who paid the invoice.

Make Download Receipt Work on iPad
Tapping Download Receipt on an iPad doesn't do anything the first time. Then it doesn’t even allow a tap after that. Download Invoice sends the invoice as data in the URL, which disables most ways of saving it. Please send it as an attachment so it can be easily saved.

Progressive Invoicing VS view remaining amount (SE Asia)
Since we have ability to make progressive invoicing from an estimate, the invoice list (Sales module) doesn't display the remaining amount but only the full amount of the estimate.
Would be great to have a column Total Due next to Total (and so the totals at the bottom would be updated too).
Or at least create a new estimate status: "Partly Charged" as it still displays "Accepted" as if it has not been charged at all.5 votes -

Quicker bank transfer/credit card payment into business account
I get paid on the 1st and 15th of every month as a 1099 "employee" but it takes 3 days to even get paid via credit card and even longer, about a week, for a bank transfer. For awhile it was easier to have a check written to me, but this became an issue when I started working for one company instead of multiple because the bank would put a hold on most of the check because I would use the ATM & not go inside. Cashing my check was impossible at my bank because it was not the same…

invoice and receipt appear incomplete
I would expect the receipt to include more details about the provider - name, address, phone, email, professional designation/business name, just as I would receive from my dentist or other health practitioner. My name should also appear so it is clear who received the service.

Readability of text.
Please change the gray text to either much darker gray or to black.. For those of us with some limited vision, this is difficult to read.

Multiple ideas
- SMS me a reminder a week before payment is due
- Allow me to input multiple email addresses. At least work and personal.
- Allow me to select which email address automatically gets a PDF receipt
- Set up a payment alert if payment has not been received by the day before it's due.

Registering online to pay bills
Let us register online so we can hold our pmt info in WITHOUT entering SSN and information that you SHOULD NOT be asking for to pay a bill. I have NEVER been asked for that much confidential personal information on any site ever and I pay all my bills online. Asking us to input our SSN? Seriously?
