Include date of payment along with the PAID on the invoice.
When you place the PAID onto the invoice to show that it is now paid, could you also place the date of payment also on the invoice?
That would make the record complete on one paper, rather than a separate sheet showing the date of payment.

Add a sign-off
After posting your payment for the bank transfer, add a sign-off function, since I have entered my account information.

i can't down load or view or print the invoice. that should be pretty normal operations one would think. but no, i can't do any of those things.

I entered the wrong routing # & I got this: "We couldn't send UR payment." I tried a lot to guess why. Pls make error mess specific.

issue with my ability to see texts..other
Please let me know if there is a way to get online email notifications of the alarm status as it changes instead of a text. My phone currently is not getting any texts and I have been paying for the service to be informed when my alarm is turned on and off for nearly a year but haven't been able to see what is going on. T mobile was not able to assist me and I am really frustrated with this. I would prefer to stay with your company for the monitoring if we can get this resolved.

To allow Users the Option of fixing their Posting Accounts for Invoices generated by the Progress Billing System.
Progress billing normally has no relation to the Revenue one recognizes in the Income Statement. So the Progress Invoice should be: DEBIT Accounts Receivable and CREDIT a Progress Billing Account that has been set up on the Balance Sheet. When Sales is recognized the Entries are DEBIT Sales recognized since Inception, an account created on the Balance Sheet, and CREDIT Sales.
The Existing Progress Billing System post direct to Sales, with no other options.

Browsers
The payment portal doesn't appear to work with Bing. I've only be able to get it to work using Google. Is there a setting in Bing or the portal that needs to be changed or is the payment portal specific to Google?
