I still can't understand why you don't have a simple payments in/ bills out set up.
I invoice clients for work done, and get billed by vendors for services they provide to me- I can never understand why you don't have a simple accounts payable side to the balance sheet where I could scan and take in invoices, then track them and pay them.
This is what I really need- the old versions of QB all were set up this way- why isn't the online version the same. If it weren't such a pain in the ass, I would go…3 votes -

Invoice receipts should be sent to emails for those paying from phones
Payment receipts should be sent to emails. Not all of us have computers and printers but have to pay online.

Registration
Let us register using an account number as opposed to our Social Security number. I have never had to place my Social Security number in any registration form in order to pay bills online.

Post a link to the directions for 'print screen' for various phone types. Many aren't aware.
Upon payment, I attempted to print the receipt but your site didn't interface properly with my Android phone print app. It has worked with other sites. If you let people know that they can lookup print screen protocol for their phone model it may ease concerns until such a time as your site programming is updated for that. I didn't know how to print screen on my phone until someone told me to just look up 'print screen command for my phone model. Easy peasy.

Not enough information on the invoices
The invoice should include the information of the Job performed, address of the home, and other specific details that my tax accountant would deem necessary to use on my taxes. This invoice is too vague and could be for any number of things other than what it was that I actually paid for.
