If you could text also, I get hundred's of emails a day and this one just got buried in the mix. I hate paying late fees and wish I would have had a reminder on text before it was late.

Save paper-make email payment confirmations smaller
Email payment confirmations take up 2 pages now--with lots of useless blank space/white space. Make it so they fit on one page--many of us print these for our files and the current layout of the form is a waste. Thanks for considering

Send a reminder invoice. I had completely forgot about this or I would of paid it awhile ago.
Send a reminder email when the ring is almost ready so we can pay the invoice.

Today I could not see my invoice. Usually I can before I pay the bill. I had to go ahead and pay the invoice without seeing it this month,

Use a recognizable email address from the vendor
The email address you sent this invoice from got caught in my spam folder and I didn't release it because I thought it actually was SPAM from QuickBooks.

Send invoices closer to the due date. We never know which month we are paying for.
Send the invoice 2 weeks before it is due, not 6 weeks!

send reminders either by text or email.

Leave a notation for payee to indicate what payment was for
Add a line so payee can note what payment was for.

make the pay button look like a pay button
The pay button does not look like a pay button. It looks like an instruction to the person, saying "Please review this invoice and send in payment."
Clarify by saying something like "Click here to Review and Pay," or make the edges of the button curved, like every other button ever.

For multiple companies: Identify company receiving invoice on email notice
For those of us with multiple companies on one QBO account, it would be very helpful if when you receive an email notification for an invoice, the body or subject line of the email should clearly state which company is receiving the invoice.
