  3. Please send invoices to two different email accounts. I didn't see the first invoice because it was trapped amidst all my Spam.

    PLEASE MAKE "PAY INVOICE" BUTTON IN EMAIL EITHER A GREEN OR RED COLOR. THE CURRENT BLACK BUTTON COLOR THEY DO NOT NOTICE THAT THIS BUTTON IS ACTUALLY A LINK TO PAY. IT LOOKS LIKE JUST A WORD, NOT A CLICKABLE LINK.

    I need a text message notifying me to look for the invoice in my email. I only look at my email once a week or if I’m expecting something, and I’ve missed or come close to missing the bill a few times now.

    The pay online notice needs to be further up in the email without having to scroll. I never see it and I print the invoice PDF & call the company to pay.

  20. I received the email for this invoice June 3, 2020. Since the due date is June 1, perhaps it should be sent earlier.

    Invoices should be sent before due date.
