See all my invoices
Why can't I log into my account and see all of the invoices I've paid with the same vendor? What's the point of setting up an account if I can't do that? I can easily pay individual bills, but if I want an accounting for the year, then I have to contact the vendor (who's not at all tech-savvy) and HE has to send me individual invoices.

I received invoice due 9/30 on 10/3.I need my invoice at least 7-15 days before due date. I see everyone is complaining, please correct.
You are sending invoices by email three days after my due date, you cannot do that in business. You must send invoices15 days before due date, we need time to process them. Please correct this issue. Everyone is complaining about this also, as I read below. This effects your business rating by not using proper billing procedures.

Fix problem with partial payments! First payment zeros out the invoice, no further payments can be made.
You have a known problem since the last major update 4 months ago! FIX IT! I made a partial payment. Went back to that invoice to make another payment. Says zero bal due and no way to make another payment. Had to phone my vendor. She had to create a dummy invoice so I can pay it, then she has to void it and move the payment back to the original invoice, as directed by Intuit until problem is fixed! Very unproductive, and good reason not to use this system!

Allow Signing In/Creating New Account before you enter CC details
Offer the option to sign in or create account earlier before filling out the payment method details and then losing what you entered.

Allow account creation so that payment details and history can be saved
It would be helpful to allow an optional account creation so that payment details (name, account number, etc.) can be saved and so that payment history and transaction details can be searched for and reviewed later.

I need to see the date of service while I'm paying, much more than your due date.
Please offer the date of service on the payment detail, as I need to know which date I'm paying for since you don't send the bill to me the same day, please.

Not working with Safari
In Safari, I get the green spinning circle for 5-10 minutes before the page loads completely. Chrome isn't an issue. Please fix Safari!

QuickBooks Apple Safari Compatibility
It appears that QuickBooks invoice billing is no longer compatible with Apple Mac OS Safari. Another billing method might need to be utilized if QuickBooks is not updated to be compatible with Apple software applications.

Post any past due invoices on subsequent statement(s)
Post past due invoices to current statements rather than send statements giving appearance of no issues then receiving collections calls months later. Was on autopay then I received a collections call. There’s a break in the system somewhere. Has happened more than one time.

A back/return to invoice button on the invoice paid receipt page
After paying an invoice, on the receipt page, there should be a "back" or "return to invoice" button so that I can print the invoice and not the receipt.

Paid in full invoice for records.

Allow the customer to enter a memo about the invoice
When the customer pays online, they should have the option to enter a memo if the vendor did not enter one.

Allow a “memo” entry for the payment.
