it would be nice if a payment can be made more than the requested amount.
I receive an invoice for my amount every month. But, it would be nice to pay more than what is requested especially if I owe.

Allow separate QuickBooks accounts to talk to each other. A vendor sent a QuickBooks invoice to my email with a pay now option. I should be able to sign in to my QuickBooks account on that invoice, it would then automatically link to my QuickBooks account and upload the invoice into my records as well as link to Bill Pay to allow me to pay with my saved/preferred payment methods. This would prevent extra unnecessary manual work such as me paying their invoice through the pay now link, then me manually tracking the invoice and payment in my system afterwards,…

When there is agreement of certain percent payment, the system should provide allowances for such payment amounts.

The agreement was 50% down not the whole amount. Hence, I expect service to be provide next week.

Invoice timeliness
Invoices should not take 7 days to reach the customer, and then tell the customer that there will be a 25.00 fee if more that 10 days late. Invoices should be received in less that 3 business days after service is rendered..
