Our vendor uses quickbooks as well — we'd like to have their payment requests become notifications for us in quickbooks.

It would have been much better to receive an invoice in the mail which was up and running weeks before internet access.

It would be much better for us to have an area that can be filled in so we know (e,g, in my case) which property had this plumbing done and the service date. If that field(s) could be on the invoice, and then transferred to the 'PAID' receipt, it would help so much. I just paid a $300 invoice and all that was on it was an 'authorization ID' plus the amount I paid, and the due date. So why not have an area for the invoice number, the date of service and a brief description of where the work…

outstanding incvoices in 1 place
can these out standing invoices be able to pay once? i have an outstanding invoice and have to go back in my e-mails to find old invoice. I know I shouldn't have unpaid invoices. Tuff year.

Received INV. very late in the day on 1/4/21, DUE 1/4/21!!! need more time!
Give customer more then a couple of hours to pay invoice.!!!!

Invoice not showing past due
The email to me stated my invoice was for $1,061. When I clicked to pay it, the invoice was $720 with no explanation. I know it's because I have a past due for a special assessment. Is there a way for those to show up and us be able to designate if we want to pay an amount different from the invoice.

the option to leave tips for drivers
This taxi company here in Mansfield ohio uses Quickbooks invoices for customers and I only use electronic payments. I wanted to leave a tip but coul not add to the invoice. just an option to add money would be groovy.

See Paid/Outstanding Invoices
I am not able to see any unpaid invoices through this system. This feature is available on other online invoice systems i work with, and should be on here as well. I should be able to see what I have paid, upcoming Invoices, and any that have been missed and are currently outstanding.

Put a cap on the convenience fee
Why pay via quickbooks and my checking instead of credit card if I’m paying 2% processing fees. I’ll force the vendor to take a check or credit card next time.

payment debited twice
When I payed an invoice to my contractor using the bank transfer option, I received an error message that the payment didn't go through. I entered in my information again and QuickBooks took out the payment twice from my bank account. Not a great user experience for her customers. We ended up leaving the extra payment in her account to use against future payments. When I tried to pay the next invoice and use the credit balance, QuickBooks did not give me the option to adjust the amount I wanted to pay on that invoice. She had to issue me…
