it would help if everyone was given a "customer number"
It would be helpful if you included my customer number on the invoice. That way I could just set up recurring payments in my banking program and have the payments automatically sent.

Post date a payment,
I receive invoice 15 days before it’s due, email can easily get lost or accidentally deleted, don’t want to pay sooner than I have to

This system is not great
It only works on Chome and does not work on Safari or my iPhone. Very inconvenient

Auto pay based on contract duration set up at the beginning of each year by the vendor
Allow vendor (in my case, daycare provider) to set up payment schedule and allow the consumer to elect autopay.

allow us to put in a "pay date" of when we want the money to come out of the bank to pay the bill
Allow us to schedule a payment in the future instead of having to pay it when we fill out the form.

In the name entry you are asked for first and last name which doesn't work. It should be specified and last, first.
- Allow pasted account numbers
- Ask for last then first name instead of first and last name. This is confusing until I tried the second method. If that is the way you want please specify it that way.
