Can you allow us to pay more $$ less frequently? Maybe quarterly bills?

schedule payment in advance from checking account
allow us to schedule a payment in advance using a calendar window. When you set up payments in a banking checking account it allows this option. QUickbooks should do the same.

Send customers a paid receipt for each month that invoice is paid & charge at the end of each month for services rendered.

We are doing so much with virtual classes, maybe a text message sent to my phone would help me to pay on time.
I always seem to miss the email, I was thinking i could get a text message to help me pay on time .

The edit payment amount feature should allow a change to increase payment for a tip. It allows a change to decrease the payment.

send a reminder the bill is due at least 3-5 days before the due date.

Allow a paid on date or send invoice or reminder closer to due date. I’m traveling and won’t pay till closer to end of month.
Maybe allow for entry of date for payment to be processed. Or, send a text reminder payment is now due on the 29th per se.
