  1. Be more specific with error messages.

    I tried numerous times to pay, always receiving a generic error message that did not indicate what the error was (see attached screenshot). It was only after two days and numerous attempts that I tried scheduling the payment for the next day, and that worked. Apparently, scheduling it for the same day causes errors, but there was no way to know that from the generic error message. If the error message had said that I couldn't schedule for the same day, then it would have saved a lot of time and headache!

  2. Provide confirmation number for payments scheduled for a future date

    Provide confirmation number for payments scheduled for a future date.

    I am not sure if a confirmation number is finally sent out when the payment is processed or not, but by then it is too inconvenient to look up the transactions again to update them. Please include it as payment is scheduled.

  4. Allow payments to be scheduled ahead of time

    I would like to be able to login once I have approval to pay the invoice (this is always before the actual due date) and schedule the payment for the due date (a later date). Not being able to do so, I have to either pay too early or remember to login and pay on the due date or very shortly before. If I fail to for any reason then there are late charges added on. Give me the option to choose the payment date and this would be the perfect portal for bill pay in my opinion.

  9. I could not get into your website with Firefox or with Chrome. Safari finally worked. I spent over an hour trying to pay this bill.

    Would not work with Firefox or Chrome. It never did connect, just got a small dot moving back and forth. I suspect your system is broken. Finally tried Safari on my iMac and it opened the payment screen. Wasted over an hour trying to pay my electricians bill.

    Allow auto pay to pay Amount Due on recurring monthly charge versus a flat $ amount. The recurring charge I receive on my monthly invoices can change from month to month. I'd like to have the option to automatically pay the "Amount Due" each month, whether it be at the time the invoice is emailed to me or on the due date or X many days prior to the due date.

  16. AutoPay - Too many barriers!

    If I just typed in my information to make a payment, I should be able to use that info to set up autopay EASILY without further barriers of creating account, signing into Mint, etc.

    Just allow to take a set amount out every month. Send a bill a few days b4. If there’s a problem we can let you know b4 auto draft comes out.

  20. Autopay cycle should reflect frequency as well (weekly - every x week)

    When a customer signs up for autopay they should be informed of the cycle and frequency. The page only displays the cycle name (weekly/biweekly/monthly), but it should additionally state the frequency. Customers are afraid to commit to the autopay without this additional information.

    example:
    - weekly every 3 weeks
    - monthly every 2 months
