Standardize invoice due date
Stop changing the due date. First Native Landscape Invoice due date was 11/20/2019. Next invoice due date is 07/01/2020. That is a three week advance/change to my due date over the past six months. This is a very bad billing process that is designed to help the payee vendor, but is unfair to the payer. Change it!

Give a choice for payment date
Setup a payment date for future withdrawal, so payment could be made on due date, but set up when invoice is received

Send the invoice at least a few days before it is due--when it is sent on the due date it can be missed
I would love to see the invoice be sent at least a few days before it is due. Sending the invoice on the exact due date is problematic. Had I not checked my email again this evening I would have missed it.

You need the option to pay a portion rather than the balance

Make it possible for changing the amount to pay. It is suppose to be and installment not the whole balance.

I live out of state. I have a business manager in Mt. Pleasant who can pay in person or by mail.
Allow my Business Manager to pay in-person, by check or by electronic means.

Bill was dated June 30 but I didn't receive it in email til July 21. Please shorten that time gap so it's less confusing.
Date the bill at the time it is sent, not almost a month earlier. Do not use the gap between bill date and payment date as an excuse for charging a late fee.

Didn’t allow to pay half the invoice and processed 100% which is not what I want
Fix the drop down box to allow for partial payments as agreed upon. Not happy using QuickBooks to pay an invoice.

Please allow us to schedule payments on a specific date
Please allow us to schedule payments on a specific date. My landlord sends me the invoice around the middle of the month. It isn't due till the 1st and the 5th at the latest. This means holding onto the email QB sends to me and remembering to find it and then using your service.
It would be great to fill out the accounting information when he sends the invoice (e.g. 17th) and schedule the payment processing date for say the 1st or some date before the 5th.

it would help if everyone was given a "customer number"
It would be helpful if you included my customer number on the invoice. That way I could just set up recurring payments in my banking program and have the payments automatically sent.
