be clear about autopay intervals that aren't monthly
My merchant invoices every 3 months. It isn't clear that your Autopay service can handle this--all the descriptions say "monthly".

Idiotic program flow - lose data on initial screen - noone uses brains making this ****?
Wanted to pay an invoice sent from your system.. Came to a invoice/payment screen.. Below was the link to create an account to save the payment for automatic pay.. You cannot leave the screen for this action until you fill out the payment information. Once you fill out the fields you can click the link.. It brings you to an account creation page.. when done it returns you to a BLANK PAYMENT PAGE.. It was a useless water of time to enter data you are going to not retain.. Need to enter the data again to save that payment info..…

Accept Navia FSA on behalf of your clients(childcare centers)
I have tried many times to pay with my FSA card, but am told the payment vendor is not licensed for "this type of card"...which seems odd for such a payment centric company as Quickbooks/Quicken...I may have to drop the childcare portion of my contributions, or the FSA entirely, since I seemingly can't actually use it to pay for a benefit I am supposed to be eligible for through my employer(who says it should be doable...)

Let me choose the date my auto pay goes out.
On my net 30 invoices Autopay automatically schedule for a couple days before the invoice is due but I want to pay it now so I don’t have to worry about keeping that amount in my bank account for so long

Autopay but with the ability to split. So I can automatically pay half and my roommate pay the other half
Autopay but with the ability to autopay a portion of the bill. I have a roommate and we have to each time pay manually since if we set up autopay I cannot contribute to it

I could NOT get any Bank Transfer to work. Was forced to use a Credit Card
Fix it !

Correct the due date!!!! It's by JULY 1st, NOT JUNE 1st
Your invoices are sent out a month before the quarterly due date, so for the third quarter starting July 1st, you had sent out invoices around June 1st, and I would make sure I paid with my other bills due the second half of June. This latest emailed invoice changed the "Due Date" to June 1st, nearly causing me a heart attack! Please correct your verbiage. Thanks.

make the schedule payment process automatic on the due date, most of the peoples forget to pay on time. that would be helpful for your business and clients too.

Give the option of scheduling our payment for a later date.
I didn't see a way to schedule a payment for a future date, such as on the 1st of the month.
