Set Up AutoPay for our Clients!
There MUST be an easier way to set our clients up on automatic recurring payments as a service for them. Also, a payment authorization form!

Paying invoices
It would be nice to be able to enter a future date to have an invoice paid. My present invoice portal does not allow me to do this. The invoice is paid immediately.

Allow auto-pay to be stopped or changed
I used to be able to set up autopay on recurring invoices, so I did that, but now the option to set up, change, or stop autopay is gone. Multiple times a month, I'm getting an email saying that my payment didn't go through because the money keeps trying to come out of a debit card that's been cancelled for months. Add to that the fact that there's no support option - What happens when someone just decides they want to stop autopay? Do they just have to cancel all their cards? If this is actually an option, it's pretty…

Add a quarterly option for autopay.
This provider bills that way so I should be able to pay that way.

Perhaps take off the TIP section... You didn't cook my food, deliver it, or bring me water. Since when did doing one's job require tips?

Set the day I want the monthly AutoPay made. Not 3 days before the bill is due, the actual day I want the transaction to happen.
Set the day I want the monthly AutoPay made. Not 3 days before the bill is due, the actual day I want the transaction to happen. So when setting up autopay, you have the choice of what day would you like the funds withdrawn.

Be more specific with error messages.
I tried numerous times to pay, always receiving a generic error message that did not indicate what the error was (see attached screenshot). It was only after two days and numerous attempts that I tried scheduling the payment for the next day, and that worked. Apparently, scheduling it for the same day causes errors, but there was no way to know that from the generic error message. If the error message had said that I couldn't schedule for the same day, then it would have saved a lot of time and headache!

Provide confirmation number for payments scheduled for a future date
Provide confirmation number for payments scheduled for a future date.
I am not sure if a confirmation number is finally sent out when the payment is processed or not, but by then it is too inconvenient to look up the transactions again to update them. Please include it as payment is scheduled.
