Receipt download button creates blank PDF. Please fix it.
After posting payment with a credit card to the Quickbooks Invoice Payment Portal, the final step allows for download of a receipt. When the button is clicked, the PDF file generates with a header and some ledger lines within the body...but there is no receipt data included in the PDF file. This needs to be fixed.

Display bank name to confirm entered RTN
Most payment services, when an RTN is entered, will look up and display the bank name so you can confirm the RTN you entered was correct

System won’t accept a hyphen
Your system won’t accept a hyphen in my name. My name is Jo-Anne and I always have to delete the hyphen when using auto-fill to pay my invoice!

Typing the confirmation for account number
I use a password software to fill out forms, I don't want to have to type the confirmation for the payment account number.

hitting "print receipt" in Firefox did not work
More of a complaint - information did not populate fields when I hit "print receipt" in Firefox - they just printed blank

Put your Company info/logo at the top of the page so it looks like I'm paying you instead of quickbooks.
Your invoice looks like I'm paying Quickbooks. Format it so that It looks like I'm paying CustomLanyards4All.com - this is a terrible invoice/receipt!

Customer number on invoice
It would be helpful if you included my customer number on the invoice. That way I could just set up recurring payments in my banking program and have the payments automatically sent.

It would benefit me to be able to download and save the invoice.
Being able to download this invoice would assist me in my bookkeeping. Being able to keep track of a paper invoice requires more time in space of which I do not have. It would stand to reason that if we are able to pay digitally we should be able to save our invoice electronically.

Display the TAX ID of the provider and the specific dates of the service for which the invoice is generated
Currently the invoice does not show the providers TAX ID wherever applicable. Also, the dates for the duration of the service is not mentioned.

Your receipt print out cuts off all the detail on the right and then prints a blank page
The print receipt option cuts off all the dettail on the right hand side , (date, amount, transaction ID) then prints a second blank page. It should be adjusted to print just one page and have all the information

Tax-Exempt Childcare Reimbursement Account Requirements
For my childcare reimbursement account, they require the invoice have a date range covered on it (ex. 9/4-9/8/2017 for this week's).
Also, they tend to get "hung up" on the word "tuition" versus child care. I have to submit a clarification note each month. If you could include the date range and change the word "tuition" to "child care", it would make the reimbursement process easier.5 votes -
Clear breakdown
It is not obvious or noticeable where to view the PDF invoice. It would be nice to have the price breakdown clearly available and/or a more obvious button/link to view the invoice
