Initial screen had amount due + previous balance. Subsequent screens were not as nice.
Initial screen had amount due + previous balance. Subsequent screens were not as nice as they only had amount due. I chanced it and placed amount due + previous amount in the payment cell and continued. It is unclear if this will work.

Don't require a personal name of a person for an LLC. Sometimes the company name box doesn't even appear when selecting Business Checking!
When selecting Business Checking with Chrome browser the company name spaces don't always appear. When the business name box appears I cannot fit LLC at the end of my company's name. Then I cannot pay until I put my personal name in the box. For an LLC? Why? Seems foolish.

allow me to put a PO or house number on the payment
If I'm a landlord paying a plumber, I should be able to notate on the payment which UNIT this is for. (Another type business may want to put a Purchase Order number on the payment.)

billing address
want the billing address not to include the customer name. I use the company name as the name of a project and have it be a subset of the customer

Offer "create account" option first
The option to create an account and preserve the information I had entered was at the bottom of the page. Clicking through to create an account cleared the form data. After my account was created, I had to start over from scratch. Entering that information twice was frustrating.

allow us to access and edit/correct our information that the vendor has wrong (name, address, etc). Make this system interactive. Link our info to vendor's if we want.
