Send a bill in a timely fashion
In years past, bill was provided with completion of taxes, in the same envelope or emial. Once received, the bill is paid on our end. NO billing was sent until 7 days prior to billing period. Taxes were completed and paid (as your bill would have been paid) upon receipt some 45 days ago. This 7 days prior URGENT message felt like being held *******, especially with threaten to not file unless paid.

Allow credit card payments. I like to get the miles, and am willing to pay a markup to cover processing costs.
Willing to pay a fee to use a credit card. When I seen this much, I want to get some airline miles!

Save correct credit card
You had saved 3 previous cards that were no longer good, but my current card had been deleted. I had to enter it again.

having to look up and re-enter my account and routing numbers delays my payment. You'd get paid faster if you saved it.
please save my information each month so I don't have to enter it each time. When I have to look it up every month, I end up delaying my payment since it takes too much time.

Option to pay with PayPal or other digital wallets
I have my cards saved into digital wallets, such as PayPal, and it would make it quicker to be able to pay with one of those instead of having to find the card and enter in the number.

Wishing for auto pay option plus text message on phone would be great. That way my bill would always be paid on time. No late charges ever.
Auto pay would be nice. In the past I had it set up on my credit card and I was never late. Somehow you guys changed it all for worse. Now I don't check my e mail and this is second time I ended up with late fee. When I contacted you about forgiveness for the fee I did not hear anything from you guys. Plus it would be super helpful if you send text message to my phone so I can see that I have a bill to pay. Thank you for letting me voice my opinion. At this…

PayPal or Venmo would be a lot easier than going and searching for your credit card

Connect Directly to Bank for Bank Transfers
When paying an invoice online, we used to be given the option to connect directly to certain banks such as USAA using our login credentials with that bank. Now I have to look up routing # and manually enter that and my account number to do a funds transfer. Please bring back the original feature connecting directly to the bank.
