Names for separate payments
My school requires that we have our name listed when we pay or else we have to provide our bank statements.
If there was a way to provide that when we pay and the cardholder name would print, it would make it easier to provide my company the documents that they need.

by letting me pay on the phone when I call in the order. Little tidbit, information is more likely to be hacked online than stolen online
just let me pay over phone. very simple

Move the type of payment button ahead of card details
I entered my card details and then chose credit card, and all info was wiped out and I had to input it again. Just move that field to appear first.

Add Paducah Bank and Trust Company as a choice in the banks to pay from.
Paducah Bank is not listed as a bank to choose when paying the invoice.

Pay with child support visa card?
I would like to be able to enter the child support card information so that I can pay online with that at times or take some from the card to help toward the balance. Is that possible?

Just want it to work like it is supposed to work!!
Terrible sign in and saving operation. I’ve paid the same invoice countless times but it won’t let me save the cc. When I’ve tried “signing in” it won’t let me. It says my email address is already taken - which it should be bc I’ve already made an account.
Your programmer needs to step it up.
