I am shocked that I cant make a SINGLE change to a statement. What year is this? Not even column widths??? Come on!!!!!

It would be great if we could use "Import Style" to do a custom statement to match my custom invoice. It looks rather unprofessional at the moment.

We send out statements rather than invoices, with no customization possible, it presents a very poor image of our company. Please update ASAP

Absolutely - it is incredibly sub-par and makes us look like a cheap and uneducated company. Quickbooks should know better... shame shame.

I agree. Customers want to see details of the services for which they are being charged, not just "invoice #."
