Not having this is a real deal breaker.

This is standard stuff and very simple to implement. Let us use our own company email for the system to send emails.

Should be a quick win for the devs otherwise we will be looking for other accounting software.

It is VERY unprofessional for our clients to receive our invoice from a @quickbooks address.

Makes this whole feature null and void for us.

Spoke to telephone support about this and was told to download the document and send from our own emails. REALLY? as if we hadn't though of this already.

Results in SlowBooks not Quickbooks. Makes ALL of the scheduled, recurring, and automatic email features utterly useless.

Thank you so much for your feedback on sales form customization in QuickBooks. We acknowledge that we have a ways to go, but we’ve staffed this feature and are making headway.

Right now, we have two versions of form customization running in parallel. In our newest one, we just released a beta of style import, wherein you can bring any *.docx based invoice template and use it in QuickBooks. You may access this feature by going to the gear, then clicking “QuickBooks Labs” > “Import Style.” Not on this version? We are moving people every month and enabling you to keep your old form too! Your default will change to start, but you can always revert to a frozen version of your old form without editing capabilities if you’d like.

Lately we’ve been working on the print infrastructure to ensure you can print larger batches and render PDFs faster, invoice…

More fonts required, at least most of the standard ones in Word. We have clients that like specific fonts. Calibri and Gill Sans are the two main ones.

I don't know why but the built in fonts, although fine when using in a word processor, come out garish on a printout from Quickbooks.

Also, when a quote or estimate spans more than one page, the total should appear at the bottom of the page, not halfway down. Looks very silly.

I agree, We should be able to download a copy of our datafile at any time and keep backups. In our field we are legally required to keep this information. Especially with the upcoming GDPR roll out.

Should be simple - download datafile button - and we can include this in our backup.

This was bothering us as well as all our clients require us to add their PO number to quotes and invoices.

We did get around this though by adding a custom field and then naming it 'Customer Reference'. We added this to the custom form templates and the field is then available for whatever you need to put in it.

Not perfectly ideal but hope it helps and it does work.
