    Users overwhelmingly want a better way to manage their account and subscription within the Mobile app. Tons of pain for our customers to be forced into the browser to cancel.

    Currently the app does not work well on the iPad. It would be nice as a customer if I could leverage the use of a tablet to the app to run my business on the go.

    Overall I am pleased with the app. I have QuickBooks online for my desktop and use the app when in the field taking and fulfilling orders. I have two issues with the app. First, there is no “credit memo” feature on the app. The desktop version has it. Some of my customers require separate receipts for incoming and outgoing products. I have to login to the desktop version to print a credit memo. Further more, if an employee did he would have access to company banking, personal info, etc. That’s not acceptable.

    Currently you can go to the following site to verify the status of your deposit: merchantcenter.intuit.com

    We’re currently working on making our language more clear in the app though so that when your invoice is paid, there will be a reminder that you’ll receive your money from your customer in 5-7 business days (often sooner) for credit card transactions and typically within 1-2 business days if the customer paid via ACH

    Sometimes while I'm creating an invoice, it will either time out or I'll have to get out of the app for a minute. When I come back to it all my work is gone! It would be great if the app automatically saved my work every 30 seconds or something

    The invoice you’re viewing is not enabled for online payments by your merchant. For future invoices, please reach out to your merchant and ask him to enable the invoices for online payments.
