      You can separate each type of clients by class. When you run the AR you can run each class separately and will give you a specific class total.

        Yes, we defenetly need sales orders for QBO. My company uses SO for all sales, we don't need to provide our client with an estimate to latter convert it into a sales order. We need to directly go into a sales order and than invoice it from there. I don't understand why the online version of QB is not the same as the desktop???

          I agree with this. Or at least put the scroll on the top as well, but better off having one page with the side scroll bar.

            This is an easy journal entry, you don't need to make a deposit. Just receive all your payments and post them in the undeposit funds, then go to create a journal entry, if the deposit is negative, then credit the bank account and debit undeposited funds account.
