    The invoice that they send in an email message no longer has the preview and pay and it's not a pleasant experience to have to contact Jr markson to ask them to text it to me so I can pay my bill. I hope they contact into it to get them to fix the problem that has happened the past 2 months. It didn't used to be a problem

    It's ridiculous that you're charging a $25 fee for paying with checking account - your very own QuickBooks Checking Account to another QuickBooks account - not a third party! A complete rip-off!

    Don't quote me 1 # then charge more when YOU are suppose to hand in the documents. And $5 to notarize? Your bank does it for free. People ruin my opinion of them over dumb stuff. I thought $185 was fair & enough . So thanks for tacking on the miniscule $15. It's been adding up enough everywhere
