  1. Pay against statements

    In addition to paying invoices it would be valuable to be able to make payments against account statements. Many businesses don't issue invoices, e.g. landlords and legal/medical/professional service providers. Because of the revolving nature of their services they issue periodic statements of account. To be able to pay against a QuickBooks statement (rather than an invoice) would be a valuable game changer.

  2. Make it easier to confirm the checking account number.

    Having to hand enter the confirming checking account number
    means I cannot copy and paste it. I am a lousy typist.
    Or allow my browser to fill it in with a saved number.
    I can copy and paste the first number, but have
    to hand enter the confirming number.
    Or perhaps allow me to save it with my intuit account.

  6. Let me sign in and pay the bill. Should be a 2 -3 click operation

    Why do you need to authenticate to just pay a bill? Why do I need to enter my CVV every time? What malicious activity are you preventing with all these dumb extra steps to just pay the bill?

  7. Be honest about pricing. Work was 1 hour 42 minutes I paid you for 2 hours with tax. I never was told about or approved apprentic electric

    Be honest about what your going to charge a customer. When I could not pay the day work was done I knew I better check the time and mark down what I was told I would be charged for. They charged for 2 hours even though it was really a stretch because it was only a loose wire replace one plug and check the ring device and they stretched it out to almost 2 hours one when I would normally take less than an hour.   12. Autopay cycle should reflect frequency as well (weekly - every x week)

    When a customer signs up for autopay they should be informed of the cycle and frequency. The page only displays the cycle name (weekly/biweekly/monthly), but it should additionally state the frequency. Customers are afraid to commit to the autopay without this additional information.

    example:
    - weekly every 3 weeks
    - monthly every 2 months

  13. Please send me the invoice BEFORE the due date not after the due date. Looks like other customers are having the same problem.

    As other customers have posted, please send your invoices BEFORE the due date not AFTER. Very frustrating to receive invoice after due date to then follow up with a late notice. Not very professional.

    You should be able to customize your view on the list of invoices. For example, there is an option on the invoice to add a DESCRIPTION. You should be able to customize your view of the list of invoices by adding a column for DESCRIPTIONS. I want to see the description of my invoices quickly on my list of invoices. I have clients that have specific names for the jobs I do for them and I add them to the description of the job. I want to see this when I pull up the list of invoices for this specific…

    Many online services from Clover and Square allow you to setup monthly payments on specific dates. I would like QB to also offer this basic option.
