Change the title of the email you send
The email you send is titled “new payment request.” At a glance, this looks like an incoming payment. The title of your emails should read “new invoice“. This will be less confusing for people who are using email on a small mobile device.

Customer Account History Function
Create a login pathway for CUSTOMERS paying bills via Quickbooks to check our payment history, account balances, without having to download each individual invoice we pay. Create an account history overview to reflect payment history.

Fix your system so you don't have to make 20 attempts before it will go through.
It is 100% an Intuit compatibility issue with browser settings. Complete waste of time and a disservice to your customers that are trying to get paid. Two hours on the phone providing complete details and the person on the other end of the support rep would not escalate it as an issue. Great customer service.

Correct the conflict with AOL Acct holders. The invoices are not received. Your tech support team is aware of this ongoing issue.
Apparently several AOL account holders for our merchant cannot receive the invoices. The email address of the merchant via intuit/quickbooks is not blocked or filtered by spam. This problem began several months ago. Our merchant tried a different AOL address which allowed the invoice just once. I had a lengthy call with your tech customer support folks. She said they were aware of this issue and would make its correction a priority. It’s been a month and I still cannot receive the invoice. Neither can my husband at his AOL email address. I just reactivated an old AOL account and…

Let me PASTE INTO YOUR FORMS you've disallowed it
You've deliberately disabled paste on account numbers and other areas. I have a password manager WHAT ARE YOU THINKING. By disabling paste you don't make it more secure you make it LESS SECURE.

Make Receipts Viewable/Printable
You can view the invoices, then print those from the viewing page, but for some reason, you can't view the receipt and print. Make the receipts viewable and printable instead of having to download it. Downloading is how people steal information!
As an internet payment portal service, you people should know that.
