2 things, 1. In order to receive all these payments, "why do you make using your platform so intrinsically difficult?
And #2. If you all are receiving all these responses, why aren't you expediting these demands for (ease of use) of your website, instead of continuously gathering data and input not acted upon?
I think if there's no immediate change soon, I'm going to drop you all altogether and just pay companies myself, because I'm tiring of all this!!!

The receipt says "You Paid...." Who paid?
Add the customer name to the receipt, otherwise the receipt is useless if one must prove payment. It says "You Paid."

would like a copy of invoice every month, showing each payment from the first one on
need copy of invoice showing each payment deducted from the total, every month. (a running tab) Also, I need to know when the employees apply the fertilizer and weed killer. It's hard for me to know what's been done, each time they show up.

Unsecure site/link for payment
I was a bit concerned when I clicked on the link y'all had sent in the email because Google said it was unsecure. I clicked on 'that' link then saw that it had transported me to a secure site. Just may want to let people know that there is a 2 step process. It's all good though. Take care and be safe.

Coming out automatically
This payment has come out every single time automatically. The one time I ask for my payment to be pushed back. I get a ridiculous late fee. My child has been in and out of the hospital since April 13th. Readmitted again today. But anything to make a $1 right? Forget people have families and fixed income.

Either make the default "credit" (not debit) or don't default at all.
It's too easy to let the form stay set to "debit card" when you're not using a debit card.

Fingerprint problems
Some professionals such as Nurses wash their hands frequently. This results in worn off fingerprints. If you have to have biometric verification, facial pics would be an easier option. Thanks.

Don't allow debit card payment with a credit card (if that is going to mess up anything).
It allows you to put in credit card info and have the debit card option selected. I paid this way, and I don't know if it'll mess anything up or not....

Add more than one customer to project
Ability to add more than one customer to a project. In construction we can have one project but multiple customers with different billing/invoicing. We still want to track the income from those customers but keep it all under the same project.
