Downloaded receipt should show a valid Transaction ID instead of "UNDEFINED"
The receipt I downloaded shows the Transaction ID as "UNDEFINED" - this is not helpful when I need to keep a record of my payment to refer back to in the future. Please fix this!

For credit and debit card international customers don't have a 5 digit zip code. Please correct this!
I am in Australia and we only have 4 digit postcodes but the validation was a 6 digit "zip code"

Have no limit on the amount to pay.

Pre-Confirmation Page before Payment submission
There should be a pre-confirmation page to submit payment - like they have for credit card payment .I made a minor mistake. I didn't catch it until after the payment was final.
