Should be able to print out "Paid Invoice" with payment details (ie, Date, Payment Method) after payment is made.
After payment is made, should be able to print out the paid invoice with the date it was paid and the payment method that was used. Come on Intuit... you have this information. Put it on the paid invoice. Thanks.

Allow entry of payment amount different than invoice amount.
The base rate for my grandson's daycare is 850.00. There are additional charges when there are longer days. My daughter pays part, my husband and I pay part. I needed to be able to pay 400.00 but your invoicing system would only allow me to pay up to the amount outstanding on the original invoice. Very inconvenient.

Total invoice amount not displayed on customer invoice when payment has been applied.
Need to display total of original invoice amount, when re sending invoice that reflects payment applied. Currently, quickbooks does not display the total amount. Only displays the payment received and the balance due.

allow partial payment which is all that is required for initial deposit
I was only required to put down 25% for the initial deposit as my event is 6 weeks away but did not have the option to pay anything other than the full amount. need more flexibility to make partial payments as I haven't even received any goods or services yet but was required to pay everything.

i would like it better if i was texted my invoice because i hate email. i get so much junk in email that i often miss my invoices. email is not efficient

Do not see way to access and download past invoices. Would like to be able to see and download past invoices and annual statement. Please let me know if possible.
