Put the Invoice number on the receipt where you paid it.
I just started paying on-line, and when it gives you your receipt, there is no Invoice number on the receipt. As it is, I had to print out the invoice and receipt and staple them together.

Allow payer to give tips
Allow payer to give a tip/bonus. The invoice comes in with the bill, but there is no way to give anything additional. This would also be nice if something was left off the bill - then you would have an option to add the additional money.

Allow us to pay more than one month!!!
Provide us an option to pay the invoice for multiple months!!!!! Like allow us to pay 3 months, 6 months or 12 months at a time!!! It would be much more convenient!!!!!!!!!

Including the total amount owed plus the current amount to date....would make invoice better
in the body of the invoice....Please include:
- Original debt amount
- Amount owed to date
- Amount due to satisfy the debt

Enter a business/company name not a first/last name
I'm using a business checking account to pay a business invoice. The "name" on the check is not a firstname/lastname. Instead, it is the name of an LLC--imagine it says "My Company Name, LLC"
I entered "My Company Name" in the first name field and "LLC" in the last name field as it required me to have something in the field.
But once I select "business checking" the fields for entering a name should be a single field for the name of the business, not the first name/last name of an individual person.

This is crazy that I have an account that I can log into with my email address and password, but can not see my past payments! INSANE! I am an end user, meaning, I do not pay to have a quickbooks account, I receive a bill from my landlord through quickbooks and pay each month by logging in. The first bill I got, had an option to create an account, which I did, so I do not have to enter my bank information each time. But I can not see any of my past payment? Very dissapointed in quick books…
