Info missing on QuickBooks Receipt after paying online. Also email receipt should be sent!
Re: Online credit card payments - More Info needed on Receipt.
There should be more input fields when customers are paying their bill online, such as.....
Customer Name field so that it will populate onto the receipt - should look like customer info on the invoice.
There needs to be a field for the customer's email address.
In additiion to the immediate payment confirmation, the receipt should definitely also be emailed with DETAIL of what you paid for (detailed specifics), for example (see #3)....The payment confirmation I received didn't describe what I was paying for... in my case it was specifically for April, May, June Service - which is on the invoice. This invoice info should also populate into the receipt - otherwise every quarter the receipt will look exactly the same with NO customer name and NO description of specific service you are paying for.
Current payment receipts are incomplete. They are missing all specific information (customer name and specific goods or services from the invoice).

My suggestion is standard business practice with online payments... therefore it is surprising the QuickBooks would be neglecting standard information which actually substantiates the receipt.
Current QuickBook online payment receipts are incomplete. They are missing all specific information (customer name and specific goods or services from the invoice) and an email field when making online payment shoud exist so that an email is also sent to the customer.
