        I would pay my bill a lot faster with autopay. I have to wait until I'm near my checkbook and thinking about the bill, which isn't every day. Or every week, even.
        It's simple for you to set it up. I've used it for business myself.

        When the biller sets a bill as recurring on biller side, payer should have option to set payment as recurring.

        It's 2017, and you can't create recurring invoices in QuickBooks without having a client print/complete/scan an authorization form with their complete credit card information?

        No wonder every business is moving to Stripe-based payment processors....

        I don't understand why QuickBooks asks for feedback and doesn't utilize the information and recommendations it receives. Perhaps one day, if you don't step up your customer service, you may find you will go the way of the Dodo bird. It's only a matter of time before Amazon gets into this business. Think about it!!!

        we are out of town a lot and do not always have access to the computer to send the payment. Very inconvenient. I agree with Anonymous It's 2017.

        autopay would ensure the payment is rec'd on time! With a busy schedule I do not always log on and have the extra time- autopay would ease the process

        Autopay for me would be the best thing I could ask for. I love the service I get, and I want to make sure I pay ontime. But the process of logging in every month while working and traveling is difficult. Please implement autopay.

        I agree with everyone's comments on this. The lack of an autopay option is indeed outdated. There used to be an autopay option and somehow it disappeared. Companies with quickbooks are not as competitive as companies using payment systems with autopay options....making payments easy for customers should be a priority for all companies. My pool service company uses quickbooks and I am thinking of switching to a different pool service company that offers autopay so I do not have to stress every month about whether i remembered to pay this bill or not. Quickbooks has many strength but a major weakness is the lack of autopay. Given the list of complaints on this website is an opportunity for the company find a way to turn its weakness into a strength in order to not loose its market share.
