How can we improve your experience paying invoices online?

See my account online

I would like to see the status of my account. I would like to see invoices that I have paid, invoices outstanding and payments that I have made. Also to select outstanding invoices and pay them in one payment.

        This is THE major flaw in this system! Paying invoices through QuickBooks is so easy but not being able to see past invoices and payments leads to searching through emails and bank statements and much annoyance!

        very important. I sometimes can't recall if I paid a particular invoice. Yes, I can search my bank account, but if I pay it on your site I have no idea which invoice a payment applies to. Very important. I just paid an invoice not knowing if I've ever paid it, so you may owe me money (though I doubt it). If this isn't added I will return to having a check cut by my credit union.

        Seems reasonable to me.... Wish I could go to a site I could sign in on and see the activity. Not have to re enter my info each time I need to pay, etc.

        It is difficult to tell what month I am paying for. It would be nice to see my payment history

        I have wanted this option for a very long time. It is so infuriating not to be able to view my account history.

        The fact that as a Payor, I can neither see a list of invoices Paid, nor a list of invoices UnPaid is a MAJOR FLAW in this software. I have to now ask my cleaner, who sends multiple invoices at once for the various properties cleaned, to see if she can pull a report on her side of all of the payments I've made in a single list. Don't you guys have product managers and developers who actually think about these very basic use cases? I'm strongly suggesting to my cleaner to just email us like she used to, because using this system is more of a PIA for me, the Payor. Additionally, there is no way, even Invoice by Invoice to see if a invoice was paid. So it's very easy to mistakenly pay for the same Invoice more than once...

        No reason why I don't have access to my payment history.
        I don't always print a receipt because I thought I could access my account online.
        I am disputing a payment right now and since I can't see my account, I can't prove I paid it. Never heard of any site that does not aloow account access to it's customers!

        I also would like to see this ability. Surprised that it's legal not to provide this information. I suppose I can expect a monthly or quarterly statement come in the USPS?

        Yes, providing me an on-line account where I can log on, see past invoices, and pay my current one, plus set up and save a payment method would be better.
