Monthly billpay subscription so I don’t have to schedule my payment every month
Recurring monthly bill pay subscription option so it automatically takes it out of my account and I don’t have to schedule the payment every single month!!!

When paying
I would like to see an option where I could make payments from more than one card/account at one time to complete the whole payment. Example: $100 from card/account A and then the balance of $20 from account/card B in one shot.

Improve the help window pop-up for the ACH routing number!!!!
When entering the Routing number the help section pop-up is too small to actually see and be of any use - make it bigger! Create a process where the payee can change the pay amount to leave a tip
Give the payee an option to change the amount to provide for a tip.
I want to leave my service provider a "tip" but can only pay the amount due. Please add an option so I can add a tip to the total. Thanks!!1 vote -

Correct the conflict with AOL Acct holders. The invoices are not received. Your tech support team is aware of this ongoing issue.
Apparently several AOL account holders for our merchant cannot receive the invoices. The email address of the merchant via intuit/quickbooks is not blocked or filtered by spam. This problem began several months ago. Our merchant tried a different AOL address which allowed the invoice just once. I had a lengthy call with your tech customer support folks. She said they were aware of this issue and would make its correction a priority. It’s been a month and I still cannot receive the invoice. Neither can my husband at his AOL email address. Make Receipts Viewable/Printable
You can view the invoices, then print those from the viewing page, but for some reason, you can't view the receipt and print. Make the receipts viewable and printable instead of having to download it. Downloading is how people steal information!
As an internet payment portal service, you people should know that.

Payments failed 70% of the time, now >90% with no error to warn me that I did not pay. Then, sometimes it works perfectly.
QB can be really misleading because everything looks normal, but payment failed. There needs to be a verification process in the web interface to the databases that will 1) warn that payment was not made, 2) diagnostic information for both QB and the payer would help trap these errors, but I receive nothing useful. One exception is that lately, I would get a numbered and unexplained error and advice to try something else. ????
I get failures now more than 90% of the time.
This has caused me to be accused of non-payment and may cause legal issues.1 vote -
Can't pay invoice while logged in to my own account.
I'm not able to pay an invoice that was emailed to me if I am logged in on intuit.com with my own personal account. I could find no other way to contact intuit and report a bug.
