Send a paper bill with the option to write in the credit card #. The bank with my HSA doesn’t recognize the website used for online payments as a medical profession.

Include the invoice # and date in the file names when downloading invoices and receipts
Include the invoice # and date in the file names when downloading invoices and receipts.
Currently, the invoice file name is something like this: eea6aee6-93b4-4294-9eb9-8e44900c78fa.pdf
And the receipt file name is this: receipt.pdfWhen I save these to my computer, I have to edit the name to include the current date: 2021-02-23 so I can manage them in the future.
So, if you automatically added the invoice date and # to the file name, I would not have to do that.

Offer PayPal or Venmo as an option
Offer Paypal or Venmo! A lot of teams have Paypal accounts and it would be easier instead of having to transfer to a card!

Please put school’s Tax ID number on receipt
If you put the schools tax identification number on the receipt, we could submit it to the dependent care reimbursement account. Without that number, we have to request a separate invoice from the school. Thanks

Receipt should be in the same format as that of the invoice.
Receipt when downloaded, should look like and have all of the information that is contained on the invoice. It could be the invoice just marked PAID but with all of the payment information and any other receipt info added.

Invoice Suggestion
I might suggest that the invoice provide a direct indication of each monthly or service charge rather than just a summary amount for multiple months.

Better smartphone integration
Rather than having to click a link generated by the merchant and emailed to me, why can't you have an app on my phone where any time any merchant generates an invoice for me, it sends me a push notification, I can click it, and then it uses google/facebook authentication (so I don't have to type my intuit password) to log me in, and I can one-click pay. (also, why not support paypal/venmo/applepay/googlepay while you're at it?).
