More detailed info on invoice regarding what it is for. Require this from business owners to put details in a way that is complete.
Require the invoicing business to put more details as to what the invoice is for, date of service (not inception of business relationship).

Average Days to Pay Report
Can we just get a report that gives us our customers average days to pay invoice in full ? We can see the terms but the way that the export works , there is a lot of manual manipulating we have to do in excel to get this data . It is a report that most businesses need on a regular basis.

Secure Card Info
Secure card info when entered into any online form to make a payment by blocking out the card info. Prevent exposing the card info. Also install a stronger SSL certificate.

More security information
Be more transparent and accessible with security information. Nowadays, spam is everywhere and I'm always hesitant to use a new form of payment. The whole process was smooth and seamless, it was great! But I still felt a little uncomfortable and almost didn't use the site. Providing more information about the company and its security would help feel more trust and comfort with using this service. Thanks!

Printable receipt should have vendor letterhead and vendor details. Currently doesn't look much like a receipt. Receipt printing option basically opens up a dialogue page that could easily be typed out in a word processing program.

Print Receipt Style & Naming
Current "print" Receipt style is a blank page with minimal meaningful information. It's abominable. Receipts should be nicely formatted, include a description of the bill payed (That info can be sourced from the company sending the bill) and a logo.
The file name of the generated document (if a person wishes to download it, or if it's included as an attachment in a confirmation email) should say "Receipt <confirmation number> - <billing company name>".
These are pretty basic requirements. How are you not already doing this?
