Total invoice amount not displayed on customer invoice when payment has been applied.
Need to display total of original invoice amount, when re sending invoice that reflects payment applied. Currently, quickbooks does not display the total amount. Only displays the payment received and the balance due.

Print receipt button should bring up copy of invoice with PAID watermark and zero balance
When I pay my invoice and get the Print receipt button, I would like to see an actual copy of the detailed invoice with a PAID watermark and zero balance, instead of having to wait for the email confirmation and click the link to get to it.

Send out paper invoices every couple months for a reminder if when the bill is due for those of us who don't check our emails very often.

Auto posting an expense in my QuickBooks account. When making a credit card payment and the payee also uses QuickBooks, it would be great if the payment is automatically entered into QuickBooks so that it is easier to match when reconciling the credit card feed.

Allow there to be a comment section when submitting a payment as a way to communicate with person sending payment to. This way when we make a payment, we can include a comment such as "Thank you for your service" or "Sorry for the delay!"

Option to add received QB invoice into your own QB account as a new bill
Would like to see the option to add a received QB invoice into your own QB account as a new bill. Since we are signing in to pay, we should be able to add the invoice into our own company as a new bill.

Printing the payment confirmation generates 2 pages of paper, and the 2nd page is blank.
Eliminate the 2nd page (blank) that gets generated when you chose to print the payment confirmation.

Downloaded receipt should include date, type of card, last 4 digits of card used, & Auth ID
The window that popped up confirming my payment had most of the necessary info on it except the address and phone # of the Merchant.
And when I downloaded my receipt, it did not include the date of the transaction, the type of card used, the last 4 digits of the card used, and the authorization ID was UNDEFINED. Please have at least one version of the receipts include all of the necessary information.9 votes -
The INVOICE number isn't obvious on the paid receipt. Make sure the INVOICE NUMBER is on the receipt, as seems to be the consensus
Why isn't the invoice number on the receipt, as MULTIPLE people have posted.... put the INVOICE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT, please!
