When sending reminders with multiple invoices. It states that it is sending all the invoices when in fact it is only sending one of the invoices and not all of them.

Check email address of confirmation email upon payment of invoice.
A confirmation email was sent, but not to the correct address. With multiple people (on our side) handling the invoice / payment, you should have a final check of where the customer wants their confirmation of payment email sent.

When invoicing please include the date of service. Required for checking for duplicate billing.
Your most recent invoice include a list of the services provided with amounts but did not include dates of service. I had a prior invoice for a very similar list of services and amounts. I could not check to ensure I had not been billed twice for the same service.

It will be good to have email option, once bill is paid. Everytime printing receipt or taking screen shot is painful to keep track.
