  1. Not an idea, but I could not apply the $10 offer new customers. How do I get that $10 back?

    There was a $10off coupon for new customers. There was a code. When making my payment, there was no place to redeem this coupon.

    Please advise how I get that $10.00 coupon for first time customers back

  6. since the banks send us "counter checks" for our Equity line of credit, we should be able to pay with these checks

    wouldn't it be nice to be able to use our equity line of credit bank check to pay for household improvements through this site

  8. Create an image of a check being made out to the person you are paying

    If payment is coming from a checking account have a image of a check and the person it was made out to. An email confirmation would be nice as well and better security methods.

  13. Let vendors know they are not able to charge a credit card fee. Most times it is against the merchant agreement to do so...

    Please allow payment via foreign credit cards. Owning a house in the US requires us to maintain that house, which is impossible if we cannot pay vendors with a foreign card.
