Automatically remove the credit card fee when someone selects to pay with bank information instead.
Price was sent to me assuming the use of a credit card and automatically adding the 4% processing fee. The price should send stating the cost and only when the payment method is chosen should it state the additional fee for use of credit card, or none at all when the choice is made to use the bank information. This system now thinks I have an outstanding balance for that amount of the credit card fee if I had chosen to pay with credit card, which I did not.

Allow ability to pay a certain day.
I pay all my bills the same day but set day for due date because my deposits are different times of the month. But this is the one that I have to wait to pay because it wont let me pick a future day.

When asking for a zip code on foreign credit/debit cards, it makes no sense to require 5 digits. Not every country has 5 digits like the US.
Please fix this issue. A lot of people have made note of this, yet your team hasn't addressed the issue.

Sometimes Autopay is available and other times it is not. Why is this? (Note- I create recurring invoices to my clients but send them to my email address. I use the bank info they provide me to setup autopay... but that option isn't always there)

Routing number example other than check
The tooltip for finding your routing number only shows how to find it on a check...who has checks??? It would be helpful if it said something like "this number is x digits long"

At the moment we can create a bill in different currencies.
However, when recording payments made, we can only use the home currency bank account or the bank account with the currency that matches the bill.However, there are cases when a home currency bill can be paid via a foreign currency account (due to a number of reasons). We cannot reflect this in QBO. Attached is a sample of the error I get when I try to process such a payment in QBO.

Consistent and traceable invoicing
I have not consistently received email invoices. I have had to call to receive invoices. Checked spam and deleted. Confirmed with the office that no record of invoice was generated before the call.
I want to make sure the account is up to date as the service has been very good. I even have to check the bin to make sure the pick up occurred, since place the bin neatly back at the curb.

improve efficiency of transaction
When paying via my bank account, it takes way too long for the transaction to happen. It seems to take days or even a week for the money to actually be debited from my bank. In contrast, a credit card transaction immediately appears on my credit card statement.

Put Payment Link Information on Invoice/Answer the Phones Please
Most organizations can't just click on "links" for security purposes so the phone number on your invoice should be valid and current and you should have someone to answer it please....can't make a phone payment if no one answers.

the site for paying by bank check via intuit could be made more obvious on the payment page.
The payment site on the intuit page for bank draft payment is not very obvious and could be made more prominent for ease of selection in making a payment.
