Allow payment via Direct Deposit - no fees!
I pay contractors through my payroll system and would like to be able to use direct deposit. Money goes from my account to yours. It's fast, your payment is guaranteed once the invoice or, even better a regular weekly amount is entered is entered, and there are no fees!

Can you absolutely add a tip option to the invoice.
I have a catering business and I believe this is super unprofessional not to have a tip option for the client. Can you please add this feature? I can't even imagine how many clients you lose because of a simple box being added to the invoice.

A user account login and payment portal on your website would be nice. Currently my wife gets the invoice in her email and forwards it to me
A user account login and payment portal on your website would be nice. Currently, my wife gets the invoice in her email and forwards it to me. This is a hassle when I sit down to pay the bills. Would be nice to have an account login on the website that shows invoice/payment history with a payment portal so I can just login every month and pay the bill without the whole email fiasco.

Correct Autopay Error
There is an error regarding setting up autopay. I have been paying $63 for quarterly service (3 months). When I was prompted to setup autopay, I decided to go ahead, but then the invoice said I would be agreeing to autopay $63 every single month. I refused to agree to those terms and did not continue the setup. It should either clearly state that the autpay of $63 occurs every 3 months or I would agree to pay the correct monthly payment of $21.

Entering in regular card info
Instead of entering the accounting and routing number, you should let us enter in the card number, expiration date, security code... that is more common to know than accounting and routing number...

Provide ACH / Direct Deposit info for production to submit payments via Accounts Payable for cleaner audit trail.
Have recipients provide their banking information on their invoices with the option for productions to make payments via Accounts Payable by way of accounting systems for cleaner paper trails when having to go through audits for items such as Material's Releases.

Allow more than one way to pay rent
Residents should be able to have more than one way to pay rent. If the residents bank has been compromised such as mine has been in the recent 2 weeks, then we should have access to pay using credit card/debit cards.

how about instead of spending thousands on rebranding with a worse logo every couple years, pay the licensing fees and add the best integrated payment system in the world.
