I suggest you ...

Allow multiple contacts per store or "customer"

It'd be nice to be able to have the owner, the buyer, AP etc.on each "customer"
It would also be really cool if there could be a billing address, a shipping address and a STORE address.
Thank you!

The customer section as a whole needs to be more robust. You should be able to add as many contacts as necessary. Also the ability to classify the customer as a type (wholesale, retail, etc)

Not to mention, all other web services such as CRMs and Marketing platforms will want to use the concept of contacts inside of a company for data segmentation. Please add this ASAP!

We need more flexibility in the customer contacts. For example, to identify multiple people in the customer contact that can be separately listed by name. Also, it would be helpful to have options for labeling phone numbers by name, e;g. Sally's home or Sally's mobile. Thanks!

I think this is absolute spot on and am surprised it hasn't happened yet. When I have clients, I like to keep their contact information front and center on the customer profile, but many of them have a specific person or department for billing information - I'd like to see the ability to select a billing contact for sending invoices to. This becomes especially relevant since invoices track who goes into them and if it only tracks the customer account and not the individuals within in, you never know who has seen it and who made any relevant payments.
