Create a FAQ Sheet about the column formats when uploading bank transactions from a CSV file
I had a few problems when I tried to upload bank transactions from a CSV file.
- The date column had to be formatted to dd/mm/yyyy
- The debit and credit columns had to be formatted to number to remove any ","
- Any zeros had to be removed from the debit and credit columns
- The balance columns had to be deleted
There is no way ppl will remember how to format the CSV files correctly.
I think it will be good if you create a FAQ Sheet about the formatting requirements in the CSV files.
